Meet Michelle Chuang

Your Voice, Our Commitment: Together for a Brighter Future
Michelle Chuang is a leader in the health industry. With over 12 years of experience, Michelle has successfully operated and set up startup medical and dental practices across the region of NSW.

Early Life and Education

Born in Sydney studied at local public school, Michelle developed her leadership skills at an early age, serving as the school captain at her public high school. She also demonstrated a passion for management during her university years by serving the university student councils and serves as the president of student associations. Michelle pursed degrees in Business Administration and Business Law as well as a Diploma in Japanese Language and Literature, from esteemed universities in Australia, Taiwan and Japan. She is currently deferring her MBA studies due to her busy career and family life.

Michelle’s managerial expertise has been honed through her diverse career, which includes representing China Airlines, working as a surveyor of RACGP Standards, and managing corporate and private medical and dental practice across NSW. Additionally, she has held key position of Business Manager at well-known dental specialist clinic.
With over 12 years of experience in the health industry, primarily in management roles, Michelle is passionate about healthcare practice management. She is currently completing a Diploma in Practice Management to further her professional development and ensure the continued excellence of her practice. Moreover, Michelle serves as a State Committee Member of the Australian Association of Practice Management (AAPM), contributing to the advancement of practice management standards across the industry. She is also a Surveyor of AGPAL Practice Accreditation, where she helps maintain high standards of quality and safety in medical practices.

Outside of her professional achievements, Michelle is a dedicated community member who actively seeks to make positive changes in her neighbourhood. She is also a mother of two young daughters, with whom she enjoys spending most of her free time.
